He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Monroe and Dorothy Mozell Bess Wright; his former wife Dot Wright; his son Don Alan Wright; and his brothers, Roger Wright (Joyce) and David Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Neil Wright; his nieces and nephews, Mark, Billie Wright, Tawana, Trent Wright, Charles and Lisa Canipe; his great-nephews, Zack (Kristen), Devin (Cori), Stephen (Allie), Wesley (Chloe), Matt (Mary) and Tracy; his stepchildren, Kevin, Martha Ward, Michael Ward, Kelly and Michael Warzecha; his grandchildren, Jacob Ward, Ella Ward and Kayla Cloninger (Thomas); his pet Maddie; his sister Billie Rice (Everette); his close friends, Ed Day, Johnny Huffman, Bill Mercer and Bob Roberts; and also, Danica, Cambri, Roger, Wyatt and Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
