David Franklin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, at the age of 83, David Franklin (Cherryville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward Franklin and Flossie Estell Lingerfelt Franklin; his wife Laura Carpenter Franklin; and his siblings, Kitty Smith, Rosa Faulkner, Mary Propst, Gussie Mae Bolick, Coy and Noah Franklin.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Franklin (Joanna) of Cherryville, Johnny Franklin, Frank Franklin and Jeanette Franklin; and his brothers, Kent Franklin of Lincolnton, Benjamin Franklin of Lincolnton and Lloyd Franklin of Lincolnton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
