He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Eugene Coley and Carolyn Bustle Cuthbertson; and his brother Daniel Coley. He is survived by: his wife Karen Summitt Coley; his children, Edwin Coley (Chandra) of Taylorsville and Ava Coley of Casar; his stepchildren, Keith Wall of Casar, Kelly Drewery (Chad) of Shelby and Kimberly Oates (Geoffrey) of Shelby; his stepsister Robin Sipe of Maiden; his brother Shannon Coley; his grandchildren, Nicholas Allen, Hunter Mellon, Kayley Glover, McKenzie Glover, Karsyn Drewery, Dylan Glover, Jada Oates, Kaylee Oates, Jayden Oates, Kale Oates, Kyla Coley, Emersyn Drewery, Bryson Wall and Paxton Bullman; and his great grandchildren, Lakelynn Allen and Christian Allen.
