We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022, at the age of 83, Betty Lou Lane of Cherryville, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Roy William; and her son William Edward Wright. She is survived by: her husband Roy Gary Lane; and her children, Lewis Edward Wrights, Jr. (Becky), Gary Eugene Lane, Michael Steven Lane (Nilsa), Janice Wright Stamey (Bill), Linda Wright Odor (Mike) and Brenda Ann Wright (Joe Sigmon). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverview Baptist Church, 2230 Riverview Rd. Lincolnton, NC 28092.
