He is survived by: his father Greg Smith; his children, Liam Smith of New Mexico, Keira Smith of New Mexico and Caiyah Smith of New Mexico; his siblings, Jack Smith, Greg Smith and Haley Smith; the mother of his children Charmayne Chee; his uncle John Smtih; and his great-grandparent Katie Jessan.
