He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Miller (Bobby) of Waynesville; his grandparents, Columbus, Juanita Sheehan George (Speedy) and Stella M. Bradley Miller; and his sister Kathy Ann Conseen (Rimp).
He is survived by: his mother Ruby George of Cherokee; his children, James Robert Miller, Jr. (Destiny M. Miller) and Maggie Miller; his granddaughter Maylee Marie Miller; his stepmother Sandra Nelson; his grandfather William Robert Miller; his brother Lee E. Culler; his significant other Sonya Pilkington; and the mother of his children Missy Cook. He is also survived by numerous aunts, great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
