He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his children, Michael Holt Jr., Mitchell Holt (Amber), Nicole Osborne (Josh), Zach Holt, Drew Holt (Morgan) and Christie Holt; his grandchildren, Ryan (Kelli), Brenna (Tyler), Briggs, Jaydn, Tessa, Madisyn, Chase and Carleigh; his great grandchildren, Drake, Nash and Charlotte; and his brother Doug (Gena).
Donations can be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
