He is survived by: his wife Gracie Hower; and his children, Barry Eugene Hower (Danielle), Angela Holland (Leroy), Marilyn Forrest (Tony), Annette Dade (Herman), Preston Hower, Joseph Green (Meka), Johnny Ray (Tihisha), Jeffrey Allen Walker (Linda), Drusilla Marie Jordan, Marvin Steele (Cynthia), Marcia Harris (Richard) and Walter Barringer. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
