He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lloyd Bromby and Margaret Josephine Montpetit. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Gretchen" Wally McNamee Bromby of Charlotte; his children, Linda B. Brown (Robert E. Brown, Jr), Teresa "Terry" L. Bromby and Kenneth Eric Bromby (Karen Lynch Bromby); and his grandchildren, Karen B. Isenhour (Charles Eddie Isenhour), Taylor Campbell (Richard), Jordan Rittenhouse (Adrienne), Evan Rittenhouse (Briana) and Hunter Bromby (Madison). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
