With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dana Bircher McClellan of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Alexandria, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 18, 2024 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Dana Bircher departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Dana Bircher. Though Dana Bircher may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown Bircher and Lorraine Ray Bircher. She is survived by: her husband Zak; her children, Campbell Elizabeth and Michael Liam; and her siblings, Mark and Lisa.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Charlotte.
