He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Ronnie" Dunlap and Joan B. Fawley. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Urgel Dunlap; his son Justin Richard Dunlap (Kellie Vernor) of Waleska, GA; and his sisters, Debbie Thompson (Lee) and Bonnie Bennett (Rod).
