He is survived by: his children, Melissa Smith (Willette) and Rakeem Hailey (Patricia); and his siblings, Jacqueline D "Jackie" Foster, Sandra G "Cookie" Foster King (Mark), Ivan R "Pokey" Foster (Valarie), Sheila R Foster and Reginald L "Reggie" Foster. He is also survived by grandchildren, one great grandchild nieces, nephews and friends.
