He was predeceased by: his father Otis Ernest. He is survived by: his wife Gail Estell Stepp (Fregulia); his brother Ernie Stepp (Myra); his children, David Stepp (Lori) and Rebecca Stepp Morgan (Chad); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Stepp, Hannah Stepp, Daniel Stepp, Carter Morgan and Reid Morgan. He is also survived by friends and family as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
