She was predeceased by: her husband Airs T. Barton; her parents, Cantley Williams and Vada Williams; and her brother Roy Williams. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Pelly (Don) of Chapel Hill and Wayne Barton (Tammy) of Beavercreek, Ohio; her grandchildren, Erin Finnegan (Pat), Chad Barton (Nikki) and Electa Geiger (Steve); and her brother Earl Williams. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
