He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Nicholas Boback Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Boback (Hazlett); his children, Kyle, Lauren, Kaitlyn and John Boback; his grandsons, Kaiden, Lincoln and Wyatt; his sisters, Karen Boback and Linda Fortuniewicz (Paul Fortuniewicz); and his nephew PJ Fortuniewicz. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
