He is survived by: his children, Jay and Manhattan; his wife Barbara Cooper; his brothers, Stephen Cooper of Sarasota and Mitchell Cooper; his children, Hal Cooper of Chapel Hill, Corey Cooper (Shu Ya) of Hopewell Junction, Scott Cooper (Julie Ann) of Greensboro and Caren Cooper (Greg Sloan) of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Da Qian Zhang, Emma Cooper, Savannah Cooper, Jed Cooper, Kyle Jones, Salem Jones, Abby Cooper and Zoe Cooper.
