He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Whitney Price Sr. and Catherine Kerr Price. He is survived by: his wife Anna Peed of Chapel Hill, NC; his daughter Gypsy Brafford (Chris) of Cornelius, NC; his stepdaughter Toby Singer of Chicago, Ill.; his granddaughter Zoie Brafford of Cornelius; his stepgranddaughters, Emma and Anna Singer; and his sisters, Margaret Price of Durham, NC and Alice Tudor of Garysburg, NC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
