It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Wilkinson (Chapel Hill, North Carolina), born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Franklin Davidson and Ada Alexander Harper Davidson; her husband Teddy Adrian Wilkinson; and her brother Isaac Franklin Davidson, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Franklin Adrian Wilkinson, Lee Ann Wilkinson Washam and Michael Harper Wilkinson; her children-in-law, Patti Alicia Davis and Elen Hatfield; her grandchildren, Clinton Adrian, Megan Alicia, Lindsay Caitlyn, Nathaniel Alexander, Henry Allen and Timothy Harper; her brother William Meek Davidson; and her sister-in-law Doris. She is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the UNC Hospice Program or The American Heart Association.
