We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2021, at the age of 70, Billie Brown of Chapel Hill, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen William Quinn and Mary Lillie Burton Quinn of Chinquapin, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Ted Lanier Brown; her children, Kyle Ted Brown (Melissa Karen Spence) of Jacksonville, NC and Greta Brown Quinn (David Shephard Quinn, Jr.) of Newport, NC; her grandchildren, David Shephard Quinn III, Charles Lanier Quinn, Leah Spence Brown and Andrew Spence Brown; her sisters, Ann Quinn Lanier of Lyman, NC and Judy Lane Rouse of Rose Hill, NC; and her siblings-in-law, Guthrie and Judi Brown of Jacksonville, NC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
