She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Sellars and Ada Thompson Sellars; her husband Wilbert Albert Snipes Sr.; her sons, Wilbert Jr., Johnny Levander, Robert Matthew and Raeford Jackson; and her siblings, Charlie Sellars Jr., Basal Sellars, Rebecca Sellers Clark and Gracie Thompson Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Christiana Taylor (Pastor Marcus L.) of Marianna, FL, Gwendolyn Marie Snipes of Durham, NC, Ella Vernell Roseman, Henry Nathaniel, Thomas Anthony and Preston Dale of Chapel Hill, NC; her grandson Shawn Snipes; her brother Wenzo Thompson; and her nieces and nephews, Addy Sellars Laws, Roslyn Davis, John Clark Jr., Harold Sellars and Goffrey Davis. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, friends and relatives.
