He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Neil Moore and Barbara Swann; and his stepbrother Robert Lee Moore. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Shroat Ballew; his children, Jesse Ballew, Jessica Hensley and Sara Ballew; his stepdaughter Lauren Rice; his siblings, Joleen Hancock (Tim), Patrick Moore (Meloney), Terry Lee Moore and Tina Parr; his grandchildren, Raelynn Ballew, Madison Hensley, Cameron Hensley, Maddie Ponder, Carter Jones and Greyson Kuykendall; and also, Horace Ballew, Michael Moore, Richard Moore and Donelle White (Tammy Ballew).
