She is survived by: her children, Terri Brown of Canton, Matthew Raxter (Patricia) of Jackson and Mark Raxter (Anna) of Milner, Georgia; her grandchildren, Savannah, Matthew, Garrett, Cooper and Addison; and her sister Penny Penland (Charles) of Hayesville.
