He is survived by: his wife Brenda Woody Underwood of Clyde; his daughter Jill Scruggs (Aaron) of Canton; his grandson Clayton Scruggs (Rebecca Rogers) of Canton; and his brother Fred Underwood (Deborah) of Canton.
