He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Neil and Sara Guy Moore; and his daughter Jeanie Ann Moore. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Goldsmith Moore; his children, Tammy M. Franklin (Thomas) of Canton, Wendy Renee Roach (Jim) of Walhalla and Chris Moore (Helen) of Canton; his siblings, Tina Parr, Joleen Hancock, Donnell Nobles, Terry, Richard, Michael, Pat Moore and Wayne Ballew; and his grandchildren, Robert Franklin, Blake Franklin, Brihana Griffin and Verena Mosteller. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
