With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mathew Cavin Sheehan (Canton, North Carolina), who passed away on December 14, 2022 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Russell Sheehan of Charlotte and Muriel Christine Mathews of Canton. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Sheehan and Jennifer Sheehan of Canton; his siblings, Lt. Jonas Sheehan of Fort Hood, TX and Chesnee Sheehan of Winston; and his grandparents, Harold, Judy Mathews of Canton and Carolyn Sheehan of Charlotte. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mathew's honor can be given to Shriner's Hospital for Children in Greenville, SC; Eblen Charities or Morning Star United Methodist Church.
