He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Head; his father John Head Sr.; and his brother Larry Head. He is survived by: his children, Brent Head (Nathalie) and Wendie Head; his grandchildren, Eva LaShay, Trenton, Jaylan, Edan, Karrington, Britlyn and Jacoby; his great grandchild Oaklie; his mother Virgie Head; and his brother John Head (Elizabeth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
