He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen O'Neil and Irene Gragg O'Neil; and his sister Cathy Reeves. He is survived by: his wife Susan Morris O'Neil; his daughters, Shelley O'Neil of Monroe and Kerri "Sissie" Howell (Doug) of Canton; his brother Terry O'Neil of Canton; his grandchildren, Seth, Jake and Peyton; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Aspen and Maggie.
