He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hugh and Mary Lucinda Sawyer Burrell; and his siblings, Clarence, William, David, James, Jack, Darlene, Marie and Mary.
He is survived by: his significant other Orpha Clark Burrell; and his children, Claudia Burrell (Demetrias Papaioannou) and Martin Burrell (Brenda).
