He was also known for his compassion for animals, especially dogs, and his love of the Green Bay Packers.He is survived by his wife, Libby Jordan; Three daughters, Blake Barnes (Justin) of Shipman, VA; Jan Wooten (Tyson) of Wilson, NC; and Kristy Hill (Ben) of Blacksburg, VA; Four grandchildren who brought him much joy, Carter, Cooper, Lily, and Liza; Two brothers, Danny Jordan (Cherie) and Phil Jordan (Cathy); One sister, Judy McDade.He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Newman McDade.In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in memory of Gregory Jordan to the Montgomery County Humane Society at 442 Landfill Rd, Mount Gilead, NC 27306 or to FirstHealth Hospice and Palliative Care at 150 Applecross Rd, Pinehurst, NC 28374.Services are entrusted to Boles Funeral Home of Seven Lakes.
