She was predeceased by: her sister Trina Murphy; and her grandparents, Harriett Johnson, James Burrell Johnson, Mary Murphy and Lawrence Murphy.
She is survived by: her parents, Carl Murphy of Maggie Valley and Mary Bradley (Mack) of Cherokee; her husband Dennis Curry; her children, William Murphy (Heather) of Cherokee, Eric Dossett of Cherokee and Courtney Dossett of Kings Mountain; her grandchildren, Noah, Xander, Lily and Dominic; and her siblings, Elizabeth Murphy (Red), Joseph Murphy, James Murphy and Amanda Bradley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
