He was predeceased by: his parents, Davidson Ray Smoker and Elsie Marie Thompson Smoker. He is survived by: his children, Airowen and Baylen Smoker; the mother of his children Megan Smoker; his sister Denise Smoker Sanchez Rattler; and also, Harley, Wayah, Jojo, Miley and Owen Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
