He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne, Lucinda Carver and Roberta "Bert" Howard. He is survived by: his children, Maddux Jordan Moon and Mattison Jasmine Moon; the mother of his children Melissa Moon (Amanda Moon); his parents, Don Moon and Sheila Moon; his siblings, Dustin Munn (Amy), Candace Moose (Travis) and Robin Welch (Randy); his close friend Steven "PeeWee" Sawyer (Debra); and also Jaidyn LeQuire. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
