She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cline and Pearl Wiggins Cline; her daughter Cindy Woodard; and her siblings, JD Cline, Gladys Washburn and Annie McFalls.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Woodard West (Gina), James Woodard Jr. (Ashley) and Doug Woodard (Gina); her grandchildren, Gaige Woodard, Gaston Woodard, Grady Woodard, Gunnar Woodard, Sesalee Woodard, Doug Woodard, Nerissa Woodard, Taylor Woodard, Ryan Woodard West, Brandy Woodard West, Billie Woodard West and Tanner Wiggins; her sisters, Nellie Thomas and Georgia Bell Hutchins; and her close friend Mathew Crouch. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
