He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Ann Blythe; his wife Anna Teresa Pindur; his children, Cassidy Ann Pindur, Anna Kaitlyn Pindur, Emma Lorien Pindur and Ella Simone Pindur; and his siblings, Laura Nikeya Blythe (Michael Ramos) and Larry Hershel "Sam" Blythe (Misty Blythe).
