She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Landers and Patricia Bergschneider Landers. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Phillips (Steve) of Charlotte, NC, Lisa Avedon (Mark) of League City, TX and Kelly Pellum (Michael) of The Woodlands, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
