She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell E. Dills and Maude Passmore Dills; her husband Robert L. Wiggins; and her sisters, Fleta Medford, Cleo Campbell, Earlene Dills, Cora Barham, Pearl King and Grace Holden.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Moore (David); and her siblings, Janice Dills (Gerald), Beryl Mashburn, Frank Dills (Dot) and Joe Dills. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
