He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace "Tycob" Woods and Lela Woodard Woods. He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Carroll Woods, Jr. of Bryson City and Robert Wilson Woods (Cynthia) of Franklin; and his grandchildren, Kristie Ball (Dylon), Trey Woods (Brittany), Dustin Woods and Kayla Woods. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
