She is survived by: her daughter Regina Howell (Steve); her grandchildren, Joshua Keith Cochran, Steven J. Howell (Jenn) and Brittany Cochran Woods (Trey); her great grandchildren, Lily, Paislee Woods, Levi Cochran, Steven "Boodrow" Howell and Riley Howell; and her siblings, Reba Fortner (Henry), James Smith, J. W. Smith (Lynda) and Floyd Smith (Brenda).
