She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Monroe and Minnie S. Wiggins; and her siblings, Ethel Puterbaugh, Etta Orr, Mildred Carson, Myrtle Slagle, Joyce Howard, Janice Tucker, Luther Wiggins, Barron Wiggins, Wade Wiggins and Lester.
She is survived by: her sister Louise Maney of Brevard; and her children, Sandra Carter (Sam) of Richmond, Danny Orr (Teresa) of Bryson City, David Orr (Jennifer) of Bryson City and Darlene Waldroup (Keith) of Bryson City. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
