She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Cloer and Bertha Seay Cloer; her grandson Travis Tilton; and her siblings, Thurman Cloer Jr., Barbara Cloer Wiggins and Kathleen Cloer Woods.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Woodard; her daughter Lisa Woodard; and her siblings, James "Bud" Cloer, Elsie Cloer Green, Roger Cloer, Mike Cloer, Nina Cloer, Josephene Cloer Southards, Gertrude Cloer Southards, Sandra Cloer Lambert, Ray Cloer and Carolyn Cloer Tackett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
