He is survived by: his wife Patricia Owle; his daughter Leigh Ann Owle; his stepdaughter Tara McCoy; his siblings, Linda Kay Baxley (David), Peggy Dehart, Joyce Blankenship, Tina Owle, Nellie Washington and Richard Owle; his uncle Joe Jr. Lambert; his grandchildren, Aisha Owle (David), Ayianna West "Annie", Philip West (Brittney), Brodie Owle and Shiloh Owle; and his great grandchildren, Loralei Ray-Ann Owle "Bugg" and Harper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
