He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William Milton of Washington; his brother Tony E. of Washington; his son William Robert, Jr. of Springfield, NJ; his mother Shirley Minter of Broadway, NC; his brothers, Lloyd W. of Washington and Jeffrey M. of Broadway, NC; and his aunt Valerie of Youngsville, NC. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins; and a plethora of friends.
