He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Bland of Broadway, NC. and Shannon Bland of Broadway, NC.; his siblings, Ray Bland of Chesapeake, VA., Peggy Litchfield, Brenda Shumate and Gail Boyle; and his grandchildren, Megan Graff-Pittman, Eli of Lake City and Emily Graff of Lake City.
