He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Melvin Tyndall and Fay Elizabeth Everett Tyndall; his son Mike Lawrence; and his brother Sherwood Tyndall. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Poindexter Tyndall; his children, Brian Tyndall (Amy) of Wilmington, Jeanette Byrnes (Ed) of Sanford, Kathy Johnson of Sanford and Diane Lawrence (Rodney Carter) of Sanford; and his siblings, Earl, Willie, Steve, Ricky Tyndall and Lib Underwood. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
