She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Towery and Emma Towery; and her siblings, Shirley Hastings, Elizabeth Freeman, Dorothy Wood, Junior Towery and Bobby Towery.
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Magill (George) of Broadway, NC; her brother Fred Towery of Broadway; and her grandchildren, Wendy Melton (Doug) of Broadway, Nancy Patterson (T. J.) of Broadway, Tracy Magill (Tammy) of Lillington, NC and Paul Magill (Heather) of Sanford, NC. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
