He is survived by: his children, Marsha Diane Johnson, Barbara McNamara and Adam Johnson (Melynda); and his siblings, Patsy Payne (Bob), Brenda Bordwell, Rachel Pattishall Badders (Doug), Margaret Lemons (Jerry), Faye Conklin, Lonnie Johnson (Shirley), Glenn Johnson (Gloria), Clint Johnson, Jerry Johnson (Judy) and Allen Johnson (Claudia).
