She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mull and Floy Berry Mull; her husband Clarence Metcalf; and her siblings, Charles Mull, Ted Mull, Guy Mull, Polly Watkins, Sadie Souther, Mamie Bryson, Ernestine Mull, Betty Cook and Anna Lee Kinley.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Johnson (Susan) of Knoxville, TN and Mark Johnson of Hampstead, NC; and her stepchildren, Stanley Metcalf (Debbie) of Brevard, NC, Steve Metcalf (Teresa) of Weaverville, NC and Sheila Snipes (Gene) of Brevard, NC. She is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren and 5 step-great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice and Home Health.
