He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Heath and Ethel Walker Heath; and his siblings, Carolyn Jones, John Heath and Grady "Dick" Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Virgie Lantz Heath; his children, Tina Phillips, Bobby Heath of Brevard and Phillip Heath (Tammy) of Brevard; his grandchildren, Joseph Heath, Nicole Shipman (Trevor), Blake Phillips, Layton Phillips, Chandler Phillips, Christian Heath, Kaitlyn Heath and Kyleigh Heath; and his sisters, Betty Barton of Brevard, Mary Ball of Brevard, Becky Owen of Brevard and Vera Catron. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
