She is survived by: her husband Henry Winston Cook, Jr.; her children, Michael Winston Cook (Julie), David Richard Cook (Kathy) and Annette Cook Carney; and her grandchildren, Christy, Heather, Kelly, Adam, Kristen and Amanda. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
