He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eleanor Polley Garriott, Lois E. Polley and Cyril Polley. He is survived by: his wife Frances Fuhr Polley; his daughter Andrea P. Brewer (Jeff) of Brevard, N. C.; his grandchildren, Julia B. Olson (Tristan) of Athens and Richard J. Brewer (Annie) of Iowa City, Iowa.; and his brother Gary Polley (Audra) of Dudleytown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
